In order to use the services provided by the Wo Guess client software operated by Wuhan Netizens Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our platform services"), you should read and comply with the 《 User Service Agreement 》 (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). We suggest that you carefully read all the contents of this agreement, especially the clauses displayed in bold form that may have a significant impact on your rights (including clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability, legal application, and dispute resolution). Please carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause. The titles of each clause are only for the purpose of helping you understand the main idea expressed in the clause, and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the clauses of this agreement.
By clicking "agree" or by using our platform services ("use" refers to one or more behaviors including but not limited to downloading, installing, starting, browsing, registering, logging in, etc.), it means that you have read and agreed to sign all the contents of this agreement. This agreement shall have legal effect between you and us and become a binding legal document for both parties. If you do not agree to our modification or supplement of this agreement from time to time, you shall abandon registration, stop using, or voluntarily cancel this service.

1.definition
1.1We refer to Wuhan Netizens Technology Co., Ltd. and its related services, which may have operational related units, but do not include the actual providers of third-party functions and related services.
1.2Our platform: WoPai Camera website, client, mini program, and new forms of products and/or services provided by the to you with the development of technology.
1.3Platform rules: including all rules, interpretations, announcements, and other content that have been published and subsequently published on our platform, as well as various rules, implementation rules, product descriptions, announcements, etc. published on channels, activity pages, help centers, and other platforms.
1.4Users: including registered and unregistered users. Any user who has not registered on our platform shall become our "non registered user" from the time they start using our platform services, and shall comply with all other terms of this agreement except for the exclusive agreement of registered users. This agreement is a universally applicable general user service clause. For certain of our specific services, we will also establish specific user service agreements to more specifically explain to you the service content, service rules, and other contents of such products and/or services. You should fully read and agree to all the contents of the specific user service agreement before using the specific service. If you use third-party services on our platform, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, you should also comply with the third-party service terms.
2.Scope of Agreement
2.1【The signing party 】 This agreement is jointly concluded by you and us, and it has contractual effect on both you and us. Under this agreement, we may make changes based on the business adjustments of our platform. The platform operator who changes will jointly perform this agreement and provide services to you. Our changes will not affect your rights and interests under this agreement
2.2【Supplementary Agreement 】 Our platform rules stipulate that the supplementary agreement to this agreement is inseparable from this agreement and has the same legal effect.
3. Account registration and use
3.1 User Qualification
You confirm that before you start using/registering our platform services, you should have the civil capacity required by the laws of the People's Republic of China that is suitable for your behavior
(1) If you do not have the civil capacity that is suitable for your behavior as mentioned above, you should obtain the informed consent of your guardian, and you and your guardian should bear the corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law. 3.2 Account Description
3.2.1【Account acquisition 】 When you fill in the information according to the registration page prompts, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registration procedures, you can obtain our platform account ("I guess account") and become a user of our platform.
3.2.2【Account Usage 】 You have the right to log in to our platform using the phone number or other methods you have set or confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "account name") and the password you have set (account name and password collectively referred to as "account"). Due to the association between your personal information and our platform's business information, your account is only for your personal use. Without the consent of our platform, your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your account is invalid. If our platform determines that the use of your account may endanger the security of your account and/or the information security of our platform based on the default determination procedures and standards stipulated in the platform rules, our platform has the right to determine user behavior and applicable rules, and handle them accordingly, suspend or stop providing corresponding services.
4. Our platform services and standards
4.1Our platform services
4.1.1Service scope: Our platform services refer to the services provided by us under the name "WoPai". Depending on the feature you have chosen, you may upload your photos for AI generation, and the system will generate new content through post production technology. Your uploaded content and Al generated content are collectively referred to as your content.
4.1.2Service fee: This service is currently only available to individual users and is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to develop and launch paid features for individual users, member paid versions, or paid versions for enterprise users. Before charging for the functions provided by this service to you, we will notify or announce on the corresponding service interface. If you do not agree to the above modifications or changes at that time, you should stop using this service.
4.1.3intellectual property right
(1)Our intellectual property rights:
Unless otherwise agreed or declared by us, all content used in this service on our platform, as well as the text, graphics, and combinations of Loqo, "WoPai", and other logos on our platform, as well as the names of our WeChat products and services, are owned or controlled by us or our affiliated companies. Without our written authorization, no one is allowed to display, use, or otherwise dispose of it in any way, nor is it allowed to indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise dispose of it.
(2)You guarantee that you have the corresponding legal rights to your uploaded content or have obtained legal authorization from others and have the right to use this service; Otherwise, all consequences and losses caused shall be borne by you. During this process, the photos you upload will only be used for this service. We only provide image processing services and will not extract recognition information or use them for recognition purposes. After the service is completed, the system will automatically delete the above information and will not retain it. Unless otherwise provided by law or agreed by both parties, The ownership of the AI generated content belongs to you, and you grant us the right to use it for the purpose of displaying the AI generated content to you personally.
4.1.4Prohibited content: You understand and guarantee that your content (including your account name and other information) should comply with the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations, adhere to the direction of serving the people and socialism, adhere to the correct public opinion orientation, conform to socialist core values, play the role of public opinion supervision, promote the formation of a positive, healthy, upward and good network culture, safeguard national security and social public interests, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons, and other organizations. If your content contains information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations from being published or generated, or if it contains the following content, our platform has the right and will immediately stop generating or transmitting such information, take measures such as elimination, prevent information dissemination, keep relevant records, and report to the relevant regulatory authorities. You understand and guarantee that you will not use the resources and information provided by this service to generate, obtain, or disseminate the following information on your own or on behalf of others:
(1)Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution
(2)Harming national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;
(3)Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
(4)Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or infringing on ethnic customs and habits;
(5)Promoting cults and superstitions;
(6)Disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(7)Spreading false information;
(8)Advocating terrorism and extremism;
(9)Inducing others (especially minors) to engage in illegal activities, such as exaggerating boundaries, pornography, and gambling;
(10)Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the personal reputation, portrait, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of citizens;
(11)Harming social morality and damaging the excellent cultural traditions of the nation;
(12)Other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national regulations.
4.1.5Prohibited behavior: This service can help you explore new topics, learn new knowledge, and stimulate your creativity. However, the way you use this service and the Al generated content you create must comply with relevant laws and regulations and agreements. You understand and guarantee that when using this service, you shall not use Al generated content (including but not limited to images and other forms) for any defamation, pornography, or other illegal, irregular or any violation of the provisions of this clause. You shall not use AI generated content for any purpose that infringes on the personality rights, reputation rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, or other proprietary rights, etc.). If you violate the above agreement, we have the right to take disciplinary measures against you in accordance with the law, such as warning, restricting functions, suspending or terminating services, closing accounts, etc. If you violate the above agreement and use this service, resulting in damage to the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, you will bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law. We have the right to hold you accountable for any losses incurred as a result.
4.1.6Personal Information Protection: (1) We will use your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and any relevant confidentiality and security terms. (2) We strictly abide by laws and regulations to protect your personal information, and use various security measures within a reasonable level of security to ensure the security of your personal information, in order to prevent information leakage, illegal collection, and use. (3) If you have any questions or complaints about personal information protection, you can contact us. For specific protection measures and contact information, please refer to 《 Privacy Policy 》.
4.1.7Protection of Minors: 《 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read and agree to these rules under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian before using this service. 》 We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When filling out personal information, underage users should strengthen their awareness of personal protection and treat it with caution. They should obtain the consent of their guardians and use this service correctly under their guidance. (3) Minor users are using this service. Pay attention to distinguishing between the internet and reality, avoid getting addicted to the internet, and cultivate good internet habits. (4) Guardians should guide minors to pay attention to network security issues and take preventive measures. Minors and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws, regulations, and these terms, you and your guardians shall bear all legal responsibilities arising or potentially arising from this in accordance with legal provisions. (5) For the privacy protection of underage users, we will strictly follow the privacy policies (1) and (2) published on our platform.
4.1.8Disclaimer: You confirm and acknowledge that all content generated by the current service, namely Al generated content, is generated by an artificial intelligence model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and functionality of the content generated by it, and the content generated does not represent our attitude or viewpoint. You need to consider whether to rely on, publish, or otherwise use the content and information provided by this service, and agree to bear the relevant risks on your own. You understand and agree not to rely on the advice or information provided by this service in the medical, legal, financial or other professional fields. Any AI content provided by this service in the above fields is for reference only and cannot replace the advice of qualified professionals. This service comes from what is allowed by laws and regulations, including but not limited to the accumulation of public Internet information. We have undergone continuous automatic and manual filtering of sensitive data, but it is still not ruled out that some of the information may have flaws, be unreasonable, or cause dissatisfaction. In this case, we welcome and thank you for your supervision at any time through the methods listed on our platform. Unless otherwise specified in these rules, we have the right to make changes, interruptions, or terminations to the activity page based on commercial judgment. Unless otherwise specified in other rules published on our platform or other documents signed with users, we shall not be liable for any corresponding changes, interruptions or terminations
4.2【Advertising and promotional information 】 You are aware and agree that we reserve the right to place commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in various ways during the provision of services (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any location on our platform and placing advertisements in the content you upload and broadcast). In addition, you agree to accept our sending of promotional or other related business information to you through email, on-site SMS, mobile SMS, website announcements, or other means. If you no longer agree to our platform sending you the above text messages, emails, and messages, please inform our platform in writing by unsubscribing to the text messages or emails.
5.Special agreement
5.1【Force Majeure 】 We are responsible for providing you with our platform services "as is" and "available". We assume corresponding obligations in accordance with the law, but are responsible for any maintenance or connection failures of information network equipment, computer, communication or other system failures, hacking activities, computer viruses, or power failures. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to you due to strikes, riots, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders from judicial and administrative agencies, or third-party reasons beyond those expressly provided by law.
5.2【Extraterritorial behavior 】 We control and provide our platform services through facilities within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We do not guarantee that the services controlled or provided are appropriate and feasible in other countries or regions. Any user who uses our platform services in other jurisdictions should ensure that they comply with local laws and regulations. Our platform assumes corresponding responsibilities in cases where there are clear provisions in the law.
6.Changes to the Agreement
We may update this 《 User Service Agreement 》 at any time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of our platform services, and such updates form part of this agreement. Any modifications, supplements, or changes to this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Change Matters") will be notified to you through page notifications, pop ups, internal messages, or other means before this agreement takes effect. Before you continue to use our services, please carefully read the updated version of this agreement. If you do not agree with the revised content, you may choose to stop using our services. If you continue to use our services, it means that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the revised 《 User Service Agreement 》. The updated agreement will take effect from the date specified on the first page of the agreement.
If you do not agree to the change, you should stop using our platform services from the effective date of the change; If you continue to use our platform services after the change takes effect, it will be deemed that you agree to the effective change.
7.Application of Law, Jurisdiction and Others
7.1【Legal Application 】 The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplementation, termination, enforcement, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there are no relevant provisions in the law, reference shall be made to commercial practices and/or industry practices.
7.2【Jurisdiction 】 Any disputes arising from your use of our platform services and related to our platform services shall be resolved through consultation between us and you. When negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the defendant is located.
7.3【Clause Validity 】 Any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, invalid, or unenforceable, and such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
